Meet Our Founder

Hey guys! I’m Olivia – a proud Murrells Inlet native, nutritionist, and the owner of Smooth Seas.

Smooth Seas started as a food truck in 2023, and after an amazing year on the road, we opened our storefront in the summer of 2024. After earning my Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina and a Master’s degree in Nutrition Education from The American University, I was driven to combine my education with my passion for wellness, food, and community.

Whether I’m discovering new places or trying fresh flavors, I’m always inspired by the vibrant world around me. That’s why I launched Smooth Seas on wheels, bringing nutritious and delicious smoothies straight to you. Now, with our new storefront, we’re excited to offer even more ways to enjoy our smoothies and connect with the community.
